Frequently asked questions
Do my guests have to pay?
No. Only one person buys: the one who creates the game. Everyone else joins for free with the code, without installing anything.
Is it a subscription?
No, it’s a one-off purchase. The key stays valid, including for themes added to the bank later.
What if I change phones?
Your key is shown on this page and after the purchase. Enter it on the new device, with the email used to pay, and Premium comes back. As many times as you like, on as many screens as you like: the living room TV, a tablet, a friend’s laptop when you’re hosting at theirs. Can’t find your key? “Lost your key?” above sends it to you by email.
Why ask for my email to activate?
So you can never lose your licence again: the key and the address find each other. And because a key on its own was travelling a little too easily: Premium is paid for by one person for their table, not for a whole group. Your email is used for nothing else: only to send you the activation code and, if you ask for it, your lost key.
Do I need a Spotify or Deezer account?
No. Song search and previews go through our server: nobody needs an account to play.
What if I don’t like it?
You have 14 days to ask for a full refund, no questions asked: a simple message to mcouzinet@gmail.com is enough.
